This is a great foundation layer of spices with all of the basics--salt, pepper, garlic, and umami... Great base on all meat categories, in both grilling and smoking.

I received the white grill spice when my Pitmaker Vault arrived. I set it aside for a couple of weeks till I had some brisket and ribs I wanted to smoke. I put the grill spice on first with a light coating than put some other rub on them. This stuff is perfect for the base of any meat. I use it sparingly because a light covering does the trick. Can't wait to put this on a ribeye. You can't go wrong with this great addition to your BBQ or grill. I highly recommend it.
